Since 2022 we have worked with institutions like the City of Dallas, Dallas College, (another org) and more in order to help support teens phasing out of foster care. When our youth become adults in systemic care, the often face significant challenges finding stable housing, employment, healthcare and understanding how to navigate the many complexities of life. The work we do touches hundreds of teens each year by connecting them to education, vocation, mentorship, and a variety of support resources to ensure they feel encouraged and supported through this process.
